Brevard Healthcare Navigation
My own feelings of fear and confusion while caring for my mother-in-law put me on a path to helping others who were at a loss while navigating the complex healthcare delivery and support services.
I have been working in healthcare support services since 2007 and understand how to manage senior and disabled persons' care needs. Over the years I have taken opportunities to become certified in multiple areas, including: Care Manager Certified (CMC); Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA); Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®); Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Certified Montreal Cognitive Assessment provider (MoCA). I have served on two national board of directors, one state board of directors and two local board of directors in an effort to ensure that the needs of seniors, disabled adults and children receive the representation and voice they need in multiple healthcare systems and arenas.
Whether you are preparing for your future needs, or are the adult child of a loved one in a healthcare crisis, you need to know what your options are. We are here to help you with Healthcare Navigation Management.
I have heard heart-breaking stories from family members who want
to help their loved ones but are not able to fill in the gaps when
they are unaware of the resources that they need.
We provide the personalized care plan designed to address all care options for your current and future needs and equip you to make informed and positive decisions for yourself or your loved one to promote peace of mind.
Whether you seek a Needs and Risk Assessment Report or a Consulting Contract to help you navigate the rough road ahead, we are here to help. And when you need someone to advocate on your behalf, we do so.

** Certified Senior Advisors (CSAs) have supplemented their individual professional licenses, credentials, and education with knowledge about aging and working with older adults. It is recommended that you verify the validity of any professional’s credentials with whom you conduct business and be sure you completely understand what those licenses, credentials, and education signify. The CSA certification alone does not imply expertise in financial, health, or social matters. For more details visit: www.csa.us.
